Music & Dance Festival

Since its inception in 2016, the Mala Majo Music and Dance Festival has been a vibrant celebration of Ghanaian culture, rhythm, and unity. Founded by Fred Nii Addo of One Spirit Africa, the festival brings together musicians, dancers, and cultural enthusiasts from across the globe to experience the rich traditions of Ghanaian music and dance. Set against the backdrop of the bustling streets of Nungua in Ghana’s capital Accra, Mala Majo offers performances by local artists that demonstrate the diversity of music and dance rhythms from across Ghana. 

This mission of Mala Majo Festival is to preserve and elevate our traditions and empower young artists to share our culture.
